Perry
Monge is the President and Owner of Perry Monge Salon and
Spa, an Aveda Lifestyle Salon in Phoenix, Arizona. Perry
has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Not only
as a stylist, but in the capacity of a business owner and
educator. Perry is the owner of one of the top salons in
Arizona, Small Business of the Year recipient from the Business
Community and Member of Intercoiffure America Canada- Top
1% of salons in the world.
In addition to being appointed by President Lois Christie
of Intercoiffure as the Chairman of Intercoiffure Nouveau
(promoting Leadership in Young Talent for future success
on a National Level), Perry Monge was recently voted to
the Board of Directors of Intercoiffure America Canada.
As one of the original AVEDA Purefessionals, Perry continues
his belief in AVEDA education by participating as a Host
Salon for AVEDA's Southwest Education Department, his salon
was nominated for three AVEDA Global Awards, he continues
to be a Guest Artist on English and Spanish Language Television
and has been featured and is a Member of YES Style Council
Magazine- recognized for fashion news in WWD. Perry is a
member of AVEDA's Blue Sky Panel - a think tank for new
product ideas and product development.
Perry is also a Founding Member of Color Cutting USA and
presented at International Hair Color Exchange. Perry Monge
was afforded a private meeting with former President Bill
Clinton because of the positive impact his Salon has had
in providing employment and economic opportunities for young
adults in the surrounding inner city.
Perry Monge is an internationally recognized guest artist
for AVEDA Corporation connecting fashion, beauty, wellness
and art - setting the tone and content for AVEDA's Advanced
Education.
Perry has developed a strong Business Management Team of
passionate Stylists and Technicians devoted to social responsibility.
